funny how people think its perfectly find to steal a sound effect for a banner.
th designer must be a crook because sounds from cartoons are quite expensive to license. I own libraries of them and it is not cheap.
im curious if the designer stole the sound or recreated it.
you cant license the road runner bleep for use in products ;)
