The jews in Germany were proud german citizens who served in the army and followed all laws. They lived in peace with the germans for several hundred years. Unfortunately, most of them didn't leave germany, because they trusted their nation.
As for the difference, well, one of the differences is the figures (6 millions opposed to tens thousands), but that doesn't mean that the armenians haven't been through suffering and unjustified killings
