We'll look into the multiple IP situation that you brought up to see why this occured. With respect to converting the traffic, that's not our job. Our job is to send adult traffic to your website, your job is to convert the traffic and we make it clear in our terms and conditions. If you didn't get any conversions then "you" need to figure out why your product did not sell. That's not our job as stated earlier.
We can review your site and offer suggestions if you'd like but like I mentioned, we don't guarantee any conversions. Do you think companies that run commercials on television complain to the television company that they didn't get any conversions? No, they don't complain. They re-examine their product and try to determine what they need to do to convert the customer. Like the television company, our job is to get "eyes" on your product of persons that are interested in the product that you are selling. The job is then on you to "sell" them.

Only 1/100th of the traffic I bought has been delivered, there have been multiple hits from the same IP even though you guarantee uniques and not one hit has converted.
