You should really consider an outsource programming company. Not everybody in this business is some guy sitting at home that you might or might not trust. A lot of us have trusted names in this industry. and that programmer you plan on paying $6k per month you could get better quality work for hireing a contract company to do your programming for you at about $2k per month. The negative is that the programmer is not there in you office (which its a good idea to not have your programmer in the office but we dont need to go into that), but the positive is that you get quality work from programmers who program for a lot of different companies in the industry and know what is going on with other companies in order to have you benifit from their experience.
