I'm having the same problem. I just emailed you. Apparently, if everything doesn't go right on the first try, the system must remember your info and think you're already entered if you have to make a correction and resubmit. That seems to be the commonality here. I used Roboform to fill mine out and didn't notice that it had left the min payment blank. When I hit submit, I got an error telling me to go back and fill in the minimum amount, which I did, and from then on it kept telling me the user name already existed. I tried several, and none worked. It must be remembering our ssn, email, name or something?
