If they can go after the producer of products/services that spam points to, affiliate programs are doomed.
Many adult affilate programs have spamming affiliates that do so against company policy.
It seems kind of stupid that we have all sorts of anti-spamming, anti-telemarketer laws going into place now. It is just going to move tax revenue to other states or countries.
