I wear a 15 dollar Timex Expedition watch with a canvas wristband... I wear it on my right wrist
I used to wear a regular metal watch until one day I was helping my dad work on repairing a mainboard (in the early 90's) and I got zapped and that metal pinched my skin really badly.. hurt for weeks. Tried a plastic band, but it dug into my skin... now I use the canvas band... flexible, doesn't dig, and doesn't pinch.
