Seriously... I have complained about these advertisments just to get... "They are covered under the 1st amendment"... so why wouldn't spam email be covered as well?
Hell, spam is better... 1, no paper is wasted.... 2, you do not have to throw spam in the trash... just delete it and it's gone...
We can save paper and landfill space if we would stop the Postal Spam too... why one and not the other?
It amazes me on how much effort our society places on such unimportant matters. Just delete the fucking spam you stupid fucking moron asshole motherfuckers.

I agree, the main difference I think is that people don't get hardcore pictures and advertisments mailed to their house. I can see how people can get mad if they get unsolicited hardcore pictures in thier kids email box, but I don't understand how things like mortgage refinancing spam is any different that the mountain of "pre-approved" loans and credit card mail I get at my house. At least you can delete an email with the click of a button
