The idea behind the stunt was to show how easy it is to rile up the uptight Brits.
Just like the ice stunt, no one over here would care about Blaine's latest lameness. At least he can still get a reaction across the pond.
About the shitting: he supposedly fasts and goes on a liquid diet many days before the stunt, so the shit track is empty before going in.
