ive been on your side. i thought i could never quit. i tried and failed. im the asshole who didnt care i was stinking up the room or smoking in front of non-smokers (or worse yet, non-smokers who JUST quit)....but if theres a will, any will, theres a fucking way. the first two weeks are the hardest, but its all about change and disassociation. whatever methods you use, be it patches or gums or pills or nothing, if your mind aint set to QUIT, you simply wont quit. you must look at yourself as what you really are, a statistic, a government supported guinea pig for death to bring in tax money and to make sure theres less old fucks to tax our system of healthcare. u aint shit to them, but you smell like it.
