Anyone with a brain can look at those closeups and see that almost half of the hairs have already started turning and theres almost ZERO crystal , those buds should be WHITE with crystal by that time..
First problem is your lights are very underpowered secondly your shield is crooked your backround is the wrong color ( gee i bet that brown wood panneling really throws back the light why do you think your shield is painted white ) your shield is too low and the light is to high , Your electrical box for the balast is perched vary precariously in the fake tile roof, if that gave out you would have a fire on your hands in about 5 minutes, Your floor is filthy creating mold other disgusting things. You need a tracking system for that light, and proper white on the sides , more power in the bulbs and spaced or tracked better. It looks like a speed addict threw a grow room together in a week.
