Are you asking if people hire employees, or if anyone works with anyone else to accomplish things?
Nobody does everything on their own in this biz. Traffic has to come from somewhere, we usually have to work with other people to obtain that. Most of us outsource our graphic design jobs. Advertising for models, working with models, etc. Working with customers... there's a ton of people we all have to work with to accomplish our goals. Even if it means working only with affiliate programs...
