Ha! Ha! We lied, deceived, murdered and destroyed Iraq, not Saddam! We did, in a 21 day war, what he was not able to achieve in the last 13 years - completely destroy Iraq, it's infrastructure, its security, its water systems, its oil industry...
and in the process we managed to kill over 10,000 innocent civlians (3x as many as 9-11) according to Associated Press estimates.
