When I'm in public I pretty much ignore everyone. Unless eye contact is made, then I may ask "How are you?" and keep walking because I dont really care how they are, black or white.

i usually wear baggy pants along with an Oklahoma university Shirt/jersey(the college i attend) while out in public.
whenever i do make eye contact with white people the majority look down at the ground or completly off into space. those people i go out of my way to speak to them
