flashfreak, you definitely got the point. snowpimp, i'm not trying to offend or talk against your will at all, it's your choice, but think a bit: are you looking for a logo or illustration for one purpose only? creating a good logo is not a simple task in photoshop... take a look at all the best logos of the brands you know - can you use it on t-shirts, billboards, business cards, as icons? yes, you can. but can you do it with fancy, candy lollipop illustration? you pick one of those and try it.
you really should decide are you looking for a logo or a nice looking realistic spider that will look good as a header on your website and nothing else?
