It seems like people are having problems with them all.

I was gonna go with ccbill, but lately it seems that they will just take your visa fee and make you wait 6 months for approval.

Ibill has seemed real unsteady for a long time.

And I dont know too much about epoch and jettis. Do they even have affilite programs?
