Now that I would dissagree with being manic depressive.
Although when going through votech school I had a teacher who's son killed himself. His son got in a truck with two tires in the seat with him doused himself with gasoline and headed the truck towards a huge tree with the truck floored. just before he hit the tree he lit a lighter.
There was no doubt that he was serious about killing himself
