I suggest you set them up separatly.
First get Verisign and then your merchant account
Verisign is a pain in the ass to setup so you will need all kinds of documents prooving that it is a legit company. They required a Duns number from us.
If Verysign does not do off shore stuff then Thwate does and they are just as good.
