Is Ibill THAT bad ?
I have a European corporation. ( I am canadian )
I have 1 site using CCBill. Everything is great.
I am launching a new site but I want to use a different CC processor. ( Don't want to put all my eggs in the same basket )
Epoch: They simply don't answer. It has been 1 week now since I submitted.
Jettis: Poor customer service until now. All the process seems to be taking forever.
Ibill: I heard very bad things about them... Is anybody using them satisfied with thtem ?
There are not many CC processors remaining. That is very bad for us. And I surely don't want to process with Probilling, Verotel and others...
So... Is Ibill that bad ?
