They're handing out manditory evacuation orders, and people like Tom are being told their house will be under water. He is directly in the storm path, and may not have a house left when it's all done (or so the national guard is indicating), but let's send out our best wishes anyways. Tom, and anyone else in the path of the storm, please stay safe, and best of luck to you!
