I know both Sandman, Jenny and Justsexxx can build those sites in a heartbeat. They can even do it within 3-4 weeks.
Those sites can never be as solid and steady in the beginning as an older site because it's all about checking your trade script minute by minute to make sure it grows and grows and grows. But if just 2 or 3 of your trades fuck up you'll see your stats go down pretty fast.
There are no bookmarkers to help you if something goes wrong on your way up. You don't know what kind of surfers you got on your site so you can not focus your advertising. That's just some of the issues.
The 300k sites are big sites. I of course don't think they cheat but I don't think they make a lot of money either.
