fuck, i can answer this even without looking at my harvard business review. you can go on the defensive strategy and protect ur customers. doing so by offering more services that will make them rebill longer.

promote more to big sites and webmasters. differentiate.

i dont know too much about the biz biz, but i know i can relate some of this stuff from my biz classes.
