We have 24 hr. pager support and our systems provide 24x7 monitoring of all important services (httpd/bind/sendmail/mysql, etc) on your servers. During "normal" business hours, which are usually until 7pm EST you can reach us on our toll-free support line and after-hours by pager where we guarantee ~10 minute response time in most circumstances.
We are experienced in Solaris, FreeBSD, and RedHat operating systems in the UNIX world and in the Windows world, Windows 2000 Server. While we do know NT, we do not recommend it.
Experienced in disaster recovery solutions, performance optimization, DNS configuration, script installation/configuration, sendmail, MySQL databases, as well as up-to-date with all security bulletins.
