We joined this message board today in defense to aligations made by user: bluecrawl. One of our clients had informed me of our company being bashed on this board, so here I am.

The girl in the logo,which is located on both layouts, was hand drawn by my illustrator.
after getting bad remarks on both layouts we knew this was a human being that will never be satisfied, even if we gave him the world. we tried working with him on improving the existing layouts, but he was set to see a brand new layout everytime. For all we knew he was collecting all these graphical interfaces for 1 low price, something we found not amusing. Although his instructions ("blue, eye catching, simple to the point, tidy, easy navigation") where met on both interfaces we created, he still seemed unsatisfied
we drop clients like this quick. Sure the deposit is kept, designers time is money. We don't work for free buddy
Our contract even states "deposit non-refundable".
