This is not an easy type of suit. You first have to prove the "Chat Board" name is actually a real person, and who that person is. Also that that person is in fact the one who posted the derogitory comments. That in itself will be no easy task. That is only the first task to overcome .......it's a long and winding road to sue someone on an internet chat board, and especially one named Go Fuck Yourself, ....think about the long costly battle ahead of you ??
