Orange Juice and water in the morning.

In the afternoon I load up on water and gatorade since I'm practicing for 4 hours.

After practice I have more water and a fruit smoothie with soy milk.

For dinner I have more water.

Before bed I have a Cappucino cooler in Soy Milk.

I guess you could say that I watch what I drink for the most part.
