i'll give you a serious answer from personal experience. dress nice, smell good, and learn the basics of pu (ala fastseduction.com (including a popular message board about 1000x more useful than gfy ;) and then yeah, you won't even need to get them drunk.
but remember. just like porn traffic it's a numbers games. the more girls you hit on, the better your chances of success. so the moral is hit on anything and everything you find attractive.
