Subscribe to a magazine like http://www.mensfitness.com or something similar.

Here's why:

* It contains tons of stuff about working out, food, etc.
* It comes every month and reminds you of what you should be doing. Therefore a subscription is better that buying it at the news stand (cheaper too).
