Yeah, the body for life guys and the 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge that EAS does is fucking amazing. Granted they use MASSIVE creatine + thermogenic + protein supplementation + severe diets and they workout constantly, but they get insane results and fast...

the before-after pictures are nuts. I wouldn't start a program like that until I was settled into a solid routine in the gym first.
