People who sell opt-in lists have at least 2/3 people who buy constantly. I know someone in here who makes $250k yearly selling opt-in lists. This guy doesn't pay any tax what-so-ever & gets cash daily.

Most of the big players in the industry will invest money buying opt-in lists, trust me I know.
