The perfect steak
Who has the best steak grilling recipe?
Here's mine:
Start by using sea salt and pepper on the meat.
Oil the grill with olive oil.
Use tongs, never pierce the meat.
Cook about 5 minutes (depending on thickness)
then turn 90 degrees for 2 minutes.
Flip it, cook 3 minutes, turn 90 degress for anothe 3 minutes.
That way you get that perfect crosshatch.
Brush on some melted butter on both sides and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Thats always been my favorite way, forget the steak sauce.
