To solve it immediatly I would make the "reset" ..
Get up drink some water .. take some book .. and read it 10 mins .. then go to bed breath deep and slow using your stomach and you will fall asleep. Dont think negative ..
There are many specialist in this field .. it will cost you few hundereds $ for few meetings and they will teach you how control it and I assume other problems you ve got or may have..
AND dont look the TV .. TV SUCKS .. How you want to fall asleep when you are watching action movies... Chill out yourself ..
