McDonalds is in fact the largest land owner in the world. And... AND the restaurants themselves are run and managed by more teenagers than any other corporation in the world.
They are run by teenagers and they continue to grow. Why? Becasue they have a bad ass business model. Laugh at them but in the end, their business model is one of the best.
If you franchise don't fuck with their model, if you try to cut corners you will fail.
