Depends how you define racism.
All people notice what race others are, perhaps relate better to those who are of the same race / religion, and hold pre-conceived ideas about other races / groups / religions.
I think it's dangerous to make stereotypical judgements (like the one I made above
) because there are always exceptions, and simply holding a view on an entire race because of an experience with a few is just wrong.
