no you cant control age but they aggree by sending the sms terms on the site.. they then get billed with new un/pw on a set cycle by being charged for receiving that sms untill they cancel
very good idea for alternate billing but the only suppliers ive found so far all seem to have set billing cycles and costs which i dont really want
