After I move, I'm going to try your method of air frying the ribs
Recently saw a video out of Japan of beef ribs, I think, where the Japanese cook it by flash-cooking the outside on very hot for like 2 minutes to sear them, but then simmering them in a curry sauce for like 8 hours after
Then they serve it on a sub sandwich and it looks incredible!
