I like the pornhub insights for stuff like this. I would assume less americans are watching every game (other than maybe the USA games), but if pornhub experienced a 50% traffic drop during the superbowl for an hour, the world cup can't be affecting tier 1 traffic that much.

I agree that Pornhub's analytics are to be taken seriously but the Super Bowl is a singular event, one that cuts into dinner time for most Americans about an hour into the game. With the World Cup there are more teams (thus countries) in this year than ever before so I suspect the effect would be more spread out than just America.
I wonder if PH has stats on the World Cup - I'm sure they will after it's over.
