I cooked them without sauce and finished in the air fryer to burn the sauce like a grill.
My oven cook time is the same as my smoke time (3 hours); but it takes me time to
get my smoke grill to the perfect temp. So I would have been out in the rain on the grill.
Having collard greens and potato salad on the side.
Drinking bourbon because gas stations can't sell vodka in the USA.
