I’ve actually found SMS to be way more effective compared to app push notifications, especially when you want real engagement. I tried a few SMS campaign tools and liked the ones that let you personalize messages and automate follow-ups. The best results I got were from campaigns that went beyond plain text and used pre-recorded voicemails or even voice cloning.
