Very few successful sites will risk getting sued for not having AV.
The face scan is not saved any where, so the "fear" is nonsensical.
Fighting AV is like fighting Tubes with your TGP. It ain't going to work.

I kinda agree here but the problem is a lot of US states dont just accept a face scan they do have hard ID requirements. You should definitely see which ones do and dont.
Regardless I tried go.cam demo and it is iffy finding an age and when it doesnt figure your age with the selfie and asks for the email but that doesnt work, it goes to ID anyways which is annoying as fuck for the user expecting just a face scan.
When i did their demo im 41 i look 38-41 I couldnt verify my age by selfie (ugly bastard was too much) asked for an email, which i beta tested gmail with couldnt verify it then asked for an ID. was just too much. Bonus its free but can be a pain in your users ass.
