yeah, that's been around for a while now, the homepage thumbs with the little blue 'promoted' banners
cost and duration is based on supply/demand at any given time, and no doubt some algo stuff for time of day etc, so there's no set fee. performers who use it effectively no doubt employ a strategy in doing so
