From the cam/affiliate side, one thing that works really well early on is leveraging the traffic you already get while you're building critical mass.
Even if users don’t find someone to interact with instantly, you can redirect or complement that intent with live cam feeds (banners, iframes, or even exit-intent). The audience is already highly engaged, so conversions tend to be strong if placement feels native.
Also worth thinking about retention loops — once users interact, giving them a next step (like continuing the experience elsewhere) can increase lifetime value quite a bit.
