Skip the salmon, unless its wild salmon, which it rarely is, even if the package might say so. 99% of salmon is farm raised and full of toxins.
Sardines on the other hand are the healthiest fish out there(maybe the only healthy seafood)...since their livespan is short, they can't absorb as many toxins and plastics from the sea as bigger and older fish.
Add EGGS(please don't mention the fake decade old studies about eggs and cholesterol), since thats probably the healthiest food you can eat. I eat 6 big eggs every day, which is like 8-9 regular eggs. Been doing it for over a decade. Second important thing is healthy milk products, A2 milk, greek joghurt(full fat only, since thats natural) and cheese. Add some fresh meat(not processed meat) and fruits. Thats all you really need and that should be 80% of your diet.
