Attacking another networks are likely illegal with terms of your VPS provider, if it happen to my network your hosting will get bunch of reports and logs of attack that probably will reason of your service termination.
Internet is full of pussy "revengers", don't be like them, its unprofessional if you consider yourself webmaster, while purposing attack another one, focus on your business, if any.
Notice that most bigger sites are not working with ppc/ppv, they sell spots, why not to better focus on developing good resources for your website traffic and sell your spots?
