I am suffering from this shit too.
All the DMCAs I am getting are fake and it takes time to handle them.
Especially the Google DMCAs I totally agree: Google DMCA platform is a tool to weed out your competition, it is bat shit crazy how it works.

Since last summer all my counter-DMCAs to Google are auto-rejected.
I MAILED Google Ireland with a legal letter with lots of information about the issue: nothing happened.

Despite this my main site's SE traffic is solid.
