Oatmeal is legit the one food that can be eaten that carries numerous health benefits, increased fiber, lowers cholesterol, lowers bloodsugars, stabilizes body weight and helps overall heart health, it also helps with the gut and is nutrient dense.
Its not just breakfast food either, add it to stews, soups, sauces and even milkshakes and smoothies, just eat more of it, whichever method works for you.
In the last 6 months my cholesterol has dropped 50% to a healthier level and blood sugars are 'normal' too.
Seriously, start eating oatmeal.
