Although creators encouraging tokens purchases is a positive for everyone, we do not condone creators encouraging existing members to create new accounts. If you see a broadcaster inviting members to create new accounts under their affiliate link, please report the matter to
[email protected] and we will take appropriate action.
If you believe certain users you have referred have signed up under a different affiliate link, please send the relevant UserID(s) to us and we will investigate and follow up with you directly. Please note that in the majority of cases we investigate, our findings do not confirm that users have jumped, however we never want that to discourage anyone from asking us to check.
