So I add a clip like ive done 1000 times. They rejecyt clip saying model releases are altered or cropped so unable to approve . I scream at them in 5 emails showing its same release I always use. Not Altered not cropped. Scanned properly and these DUMB STUPID IDIOTS say sorry our mistake and approve clip. Dozens and dozens of times with these complete asshats.
