I partially agree with your point of view. Age verification can negatively impact traffic on adult websites, especially at this stage where not all platforms have implemented it yet. This creates a situation where some users may simply choose to visit sites that do not require identity verification.
However, there is also a very real factor to consider: platforms that do not comply with the new regulations may face fines and legal consequences. Because of this, the industry will eventually have to adapt.
Personally, I always believed the most logical solution would have been a different approach: requiring companies like Google to classify websites into two categories at the search level, allowing adult content to be globally accessible to adults without forcing every website to implement complex verification systems individually. But realistically, that is not the direction regulations are taking.
Sooner or later, most platforms will have to implement some form of age verification.
What I am offering is a solution designed for large players. The initial investment is not small, so the ideal buyer would be a major platform.
For example, if we imagine a website like Chaturbate, which reportedly spends well over $100,000 per month on verification services like Yoti, owning their own age verification infrastructure could become a huge advantage. They could use it internally for their platform and potentially offer it as a service to other websites as well.
With a system like AgeVerifica.com, once hosting and infrastructure costs are covered, the potential margins are extremely high. The operational costs are relatively low compared to the revenue that could be generated, meaning profit margins could realistically approach 90%.
