Of course you do. but, realistically, you cant! - Hence why its not worth worrying about something you cant control. Worry about something you can control instead.
Next time you see or hear of a large group of them going out and doing that, instead of thinking about them, and getting stressed, think of something nice that you could go and do - Then go do it!
